Planted in 2022 on a clay-limestone plot northeast of the château, Lamothe-Bergeron’s white vines mark a new chapter in the history of the estate. The blend is 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Sémillon and 4% Muscadelle, harvested by hand.
Fermentation takes place in barrels and amphorae, allowing for a pure and precise expression of the fruit.
This white wine combines aromatic finesse and mineral tension. Notes of citrus, pear and white flowers mingle with a full-bodied texture, carried by a fresh and mouth-watering acidity. A white wine with character, both Médoc in its terroir and universal in its elegance.
