The “Vignobles et Découvertes” label, created by Atout France, distinguishes wine destinations that provide a structured, high-quality and accessible wine tourism offer. Locally managed by “Gironde Tourisme”, it is awarded to six destinations in the Bordeaux vineyards including the Médoc, home to Château Lamothe-Bergeron. As a certified winery, we offer immersive, educational and tailor-made wine tourism experiences for individuals, families, groups, travel agencies, and businesses. This label highlights our commitment to a responsible, inclusive, and regionally rooted approach to Bordeaux wine tourism.

The “Vignobles et Découvertes” certification confirms our ability to comfortably welcome a wide variety of visitors. Yes. Fully renovated in 2015, our 19th-century Médoc château is designed for universal accessibility. Our facilities include ramps, an elevator, and accessible washrooms. Please inform us of your needs when booking so that we can adapt the tour for your comfort.
Yes, all our wine tours are family-friendly. Reduced children’s and teenager’s rates are available that come with juice, macarons or tapas depending on the tour chosen. The visit is interactive and approachable for all ages, and our team adapts to each group.
Yes, dogs on a leash are welcome during our wine tours. Whether for a walk in the park or a vineyard visit, we’ll be happy to welcome you together. Please let us know when booking to ensure everyone’s comfort.
