A Team United by a Common Goal
At Château Lamothe-Bergeron, people are at the heart of everything we do. Each division – whether vineyard, cellar, wine tourism, sales, or administration – works like a finely tuned mechanism: precise, attentive, and striving for excellence. From technical expertise to visitor interactions, our Bordeaux wine estate’s team shares the same passion for wine, nature and sharing knowledge.

The Technical Team: Precision from Vineyard to Cellar
At Château Lamothe-Bergeron, the technical team brings together vineyard and cellar. To produce great Médoc wines, everything starts with healthy, balanced, and expressive grapes in the vineyard. This in turn influences what happens in the cellar, where their job is to preserve, reveal and elevate the fruit’s potential. This integrated vision ensures coherence between vineyard practices and winemaking decisions, all while respecting the Médoc terroir. From soil to bottle, everything is designed to express the identity of the estate.

The Vineyard – The Beating Heart of the Estate
Every day, rain or shine, the vineyard team is working on the 65 hectares of red and white grape vines. Pruning, trellising, sustainable protection, harvesting… each task is adapted to the needs of the terroir. These viticultural tasks safeguard the vineyard’s health and are the basis of creating a balanced wine.
The Cellar – Where Wine Takes its Shape
From grape sorting to barrel ageing, the cellar is a place of transformation, precision, and expression of each vintage. Every cuvée is carefully guided through the technical path based on its identity. The cellar master’s expertise is called on here as they employ gentle winemaking, parcel management, and tailored ageing techniques.
